CumberKnights: Show your fantittude!

cumberknights:

Hi,

You are a fan of Benedict Cumberbatch and want to show it to the whole world?

I am too, and I was sad there weren’t any mean to create a real fanclub about our dear actor. To group every members of the CumberCollective under the same flag I created a coat of arms, but stupidly kept it hidden…

CumberKnights: Not Cumberbitches Project.

cumberknights:

Maybe it’s not a real problem, but I want to make things clear anyway. Interviewing the Knights and surfing on the internet, I hear a lot about the term “Cumberbitches” and I think it is time to do something.

The media over-uses this word, everyone of us, Benedict Cumberbatch’s fans, included,…

Yann Tiersen

—La Valse d'Amélie

A Brittanian artist, and not the least… Such a beautiful soundtrack ! But this walz makes me nostalgic, so I try not to listen to it too often.

Joe Hisaishi - Merry go round (from Howl’s Moving Castle)

My favorite walz ever.

My contribution for the new ‘Let’s Draw Sherlock’ project. If you’ve been following me you’ll see originally I was doing the four seasons by Mucha, I am still working on that piece and plan to sell the prints of it in the future!
But the fact is I got busy/complacent and didn’t finish it so instead I decided to pick something else.I picked the iconic film poster from ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s.’

There are so many classic film posters to pick from (I love noir ones the best) but I have to say I have always loved this poster and knew I could have a lot of fun with it. Enjoy!
(I’m thinking about printing this out and giving it to Speedys when I go to London what do you think?)
